As limitations on person-to-person interactions escalate and everyone is trying to stay safe and healthy, support for labor, birth, and postpartum has changed as well. Doula support is known for its "human touch". But in our current climate, that is difficult, and in most circumstances, not possible. Thankfully, technology will allow me to continue to offer emotional and information support virtually. Please consider some of these options available via Skype or Zoom.

Review of your options for birth setting, care provider, interventions and their pluses and minuses, and finding your voice for informed decision making
Comfort measures for Labor:
Movements, positions, massage, breathing, visualizations, and rhythms geared towards each stage of labor and delivery.
Virtual Labor Support via Skype, etc.
Assessment and adjustment of latching and positioning, informational support, referrals
Private or small group virtual sessions focusing on the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices. Series of 4 90 minute sessions.
Demonstration of evidence based newborn care practices, emotional support
